FS#243 - Add ldpi / hdpi specific icons

ldpi and hdpi icons have a non-integer relationship to the other sizes, hence resizing involves antialiasing.

Design icons for these sizes when re-designing icons.

Temporarily implemented but with the switch to vectorial icons a single set of icons is used. Will have to find out if it's a good solution.
