FS#238 - Add support for DCHSPAP

Please add support for DCHSPAP network, it displays as unknown.
Some phones display it as DC.

Apparently there's no direct support in Android.

TelephonyManager doesn't have such a NETWORK_TYPE_*, references online show it in some Android source files (Cyanogenmod-specific?) as 30.

In the Nexus devices it is identified as HSPA+ (15)
